"Had to delay holiday due to hurricane at short notice, 7hrs, this was rearranged by the staff the next day no fuss at all, handed car over no problem, on returning was delayed in baggage hall as my mobility scooter was lost, again it was not a problem a for the staff, polite, professional and helpful throughout, will recommend to everyone 10 out of 10, thankyou to all your staff "
