"We had to wait 15 minutes for car to be collected, even though we rung 20 minutes before arrival as explained, and on arrival back in the uk, was told that because the collection driver had written the wrong date on the docket I wasn’t expected for another week, and so they didn’t have my car. Had to wait an extra hour for my car to be returned, kind of defeated the object of meet and greet parking. "

"Worst possible service, when the car was returned on Tuesday 29th May, it was obvious that someone had been eating and drinking in my vehicle. Empty bottles, half rated chocolate bar and chips remains were all over the rear seat wells and they had split soil and dirt all over the rear seat. Shocking disgusting and would never trust this company with a vehicle of mine again"

My wife returned to Heathrow with her fathers ashes and from making the phone call to simply park from the baggage hall it took us 1 hour 45 minutes to leave the car park.
