ACE/Maple Parking Heathrow provides various servcies at Heathrow Airport. Please make sure you go through "more info" page before you book.
T2 and T3 Only Product: This product is for both drop off and collection at T2 and T3 only. Your return terminal can be amended directly with Simply Park and Fly Ltd or with ACE/Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting after you have booked. Extra charges can apply if not T2 or T3.
T4 and T5 Only Product: This product is for both drop off and collection at T4 and T5 only. Your return terminal can be amended directly with Simply Park and Fly Ltd or with ACE/Maple Parking, however this must be amended prior to the day your booking starts by contacting them after you have booked. Extra charges can apply if not T4 or T5.
Arrival Instructions:
Please ensure that you call the Dispatch office 15-20 minutes prior to your arrival at Heathrow Airport. Our dispatchers will confirm with you the directions to meet your Chauffeur.
Return Instructions:
Please call Dispatch Office as soon as you have collected your luggage. If you do not have any hold luggage, please call as soon as you have cleared passport control and follow the directions below to the meeting point at the relevant terminal.
Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manorwill not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
Transfers : N/A
Disabled : No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use, transfer buses meet and greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking ace parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.
Insurance : All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Security : This car park is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day or part day after your booked return date.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

to check for your return.
Directions to our T5 Meeting Point:
- Exit the M25 at Junction 14 and follow the signs for Terminal 5.
- At the Terminal 5 roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Terminal 5.
- Filter left following the signs for the Sofitel Hotel.
- Drive past the Sofitel (hotel on your right) and follow the Exit signs taking you
onto Wayfarer Road.
- Once on Wayfarer Road, take the next right onto Welland Road – keeping right.
- The car park entrance will be about 150m on your right.
If you are returning on the flight you have told us, then your car will be waiting for you
at the meeting point and there is no need to call us - just proceed as follows.
International arrivals Return Directions
- Exit the Arrivals Hall following overhead signs for the Train Station and Sofitel
Hotel.
- Walk past the train station and underground exits and take the exit for Sofitel
Hotel located opposite Marks & Spencer adjacent to Cafe Nero.
- Take one of the 4 lifts in the lobby to Level 1 and turn right into the Sofitel
walkway.
- Follow the Sofitel walkway back towards the hotel.
- At the end of the walkway either take the lift or escalator to descend to ground
level.
- Make your way through the main reception area and exit via the main exit doors.
- Cross the road and take the ramp back to the car park.
Domestic arrivals Return Directions
- Exit the Arrivals Hall and take the first exit on your right adjacent to Café Nero.
- Take one of the 4 lifts in the lobby to Level 1 and turn right into the Sofitel
walkway.
- Follow the Sofitel walkway back towards the hotel.
- At the end of the walkway either take the lift or escalator to descend to ground
level.
- Make your way through the main reception area and exit via the main exit doors.
- Cross the road and take the ramp back to the car park.

"I have used Simply Park before, but never at Heathrow for such a long period - almost 3 months. The only small negative was the direction signs into the short-stay reception drop off area - the actual physical signs could be improved. But for everything else I must say that the service was excellent and on collection the car was there before I arrived - the Simply Park gentleman who delivered the car was very friendly and helpful and warned that my battery had run flat but he had fixed that so I could drive the car away. All in All, a very pleasing experience for me and my car! I certainly recommend this service. "

"My only complaint is the lack of signage at the pickup point! I was told it was on the second floor and being handicapped it took me some time to find your people! There are different lifts to this floor but dosent tell you which lift! I came out in the correct car park and floor but I couldn't find the pickup point! Carrying bags this was a problem! "
