Exit Fee

• The booking fee includes £5.60 to cover the cost of charges now being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Meet & Greet operators. 
   
• This is for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
   
• According to Heathrow Airport Authorities, the car park exit fee is £5.60 (15mins cost). Time starts from the time when the vehicle enters into the terminal till are leaving the terminal. 
   
• On your return to the UK, if the customer leaves the Airport premises within 15 minutes of receiving/collecting the vehicle from the service provider, then the exit fee will be paid by the service provider.
   
• If for any personal reasons the customer stays beyond 15mins at the terminal after collecting the vehicle from the service provider on return to the UK, then the customer needs to pay the exit fee at the barrier.
   
• We strongly recommend our customers to call the service providers once they collect the luggage in order to avoid any extra cost on their return to the UK. 

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

On Arrival

​We Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

Please call us when you are 30 minutes away from the airport. We will dispatch a driver to meet you and pick up your car from the designated pick up points below.

On Return

  Return Instructions

  On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.

  Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off, (Level 4 of the Short Stay car park) and your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row B next to the lift/pay machine

   

  Terminal 3

  Return Instructions

  On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.

  As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the Exit door on the Right Hand Side, please take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park and your car will be ready and waiting for you in ROW A.

  Return Instructions

  On your return, once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number provided when your car was dropped off.Walk back to the Short Stay car park (Level 2) where your car will be ready and waiting for you.

  Make your way to where you dropped the car off, (Level 4, Short Stay car park), where your car will be ready and waiting for you in Row R OR S.
