"Arrival went well but on pick up there was a lot of waiting for the car to be brought to us and then once we had the car we had to wait for a ticket to be brought, I tried to ask the m embed roof staff why but could not understand his explanation - could it be we were waiting for another customer to enter so we had a new ticket - he seemed to say we would have to pay otherwise which was ironic because I did have to pay when I left! The ticket I was given had obviously not been validated so I had to pay at the barrier. Very disappointing. "

"A good experience , but let down by the state of the car when returned, not sure where they park them but ours came back thick in dust and had been parked under a tree as covered in leaves and bird droppings, real shame as the rest of the service was great."
