"Confusion on arrival... The chauffeur that was supposed to meet me had no idea of the booking and sent me looking for another office in Terminal 2. I had to call the helpline to get them call the chauffeur and accept the car. Could cost me missing my plane if I was running late for the check in.... No issues on return. Called the helpline and the car was delivered in 15-20 min. I'll choose a park and ride service next time, for one more reason - chauffeurs' uniforms were dirty..."

"Might be worth reviewing the collection notification. We phoned through as soon as we had obtained our luggage and we were in the car park within 7 minutes (Terminal 3). However car didn't arrive until after 1030. A minor complaint but eased as there are chairs at the Short Term Car Park! Otherwise fine."

"Excellent service. Staff waiting for us at desk even though we arrived early and car returned promptly and in good condition when we got back. Just a short walk from the drop off point to the terminal so much easier than having to park then get a bus to the terminal. I would certainly use this service again."
