We phoned ahead to say that traffic was lighter than expected and they responded well so that we did not have to wait to hand over the car. The journey back was similar. The meet location was chnahed from the original but this was sorted out with a couple of phone calls."

"Booked with these guys as it states there 3 miles from the airport. Wasn't the cheapest but wanted it to be close distance. When I received car back, it had done 22 miles which is clearly more then the stated figure. Car was left filthy both inside and out (tyres had mud on them and drivers floor inside the car had mud on it) clearly not parked on concrete floor or a solid floor. 2 tyres managed to go flat and had to be changed which cost me £160. £15 was refunded as a guesture of goodwill. There FAQ states drivers are insured of 8 miles from Heathrow, yet there t&c states cars can be parked in a secondary unsecured car park 15 miles away from Heathrow Based on info they provided. I would assume my car was driven illegally. "
