"Only fly in ointment was written instructions of how to get to drop off point. I realise the signage at the airport could have been better.i.e.not your problem. The other issue was that when we arrived we did not realise we had to seek out the person in charge (at other airports we have been greeted).it would be helpful to put that in the written info. Staff were very helpful."

Collection was not as impressive as last time as we had to wait 15/20 minutes for the car to be delivers back, but impressed that the person answering the phone, when I rang to say we had our bags, knew who it was telephoning. Staff were all very polite, and the cost was considerably better than the company I have used in the past. "
