"While the arrival and departure procedures worked well, it was upsetting to find a new dent on the passenger door and window on same door scratched. I appreciate that my car already had several dents and is old. However, it is still important that vehicles are looked after whilst in your care. For this reason, I will not be recommending your service to others. Had my car been new(er) I would have been extremely upset that your organisation didn't have the courtesy to let me know about this. Maybe you should do a vehicle check on drop off like other organisations do, to ensure any damage that happens while the vehicle is with you, is advised to the customer and paid for."

"My previous meet and great carparking with another company had been a disaster as had to wait half an hour on arrival to collect car And over an hour to retrieve car on return, not helpful with a 4 hour drive home ahead. This experience was a joy in comparison as handed over car at desk immediately and car arrived on return simultaneously to me appearing with my luggage. Hope that is normal if so will book again as I am a very frequent flyer! Also travelling with a disabled mother in mid july"

"I'm glad for the opportunity to feedback. My car arrived with the interior very wet as the driver had left the rear windows open driving to the terminal during a rain shower. He also spilled a coffee in the middle cup holders leaving an inch of cold coffee. I had to fetch paper towels to dry the car up myself. The driver was apologetic but it all seemed a bit careless."
