"I don't know how far the cars are parked from Terminal 2 but I had 1/4 tank of petrol in my tank left when I dropped the car off. When it was returned to me the fuel light was on. It would be good to know exactly how far the cars are taken. Also at my rear passenger door there was a long scratch. As I didn't inspect the car before signing the receipt I know I stand very little chance in getting this sorted from Executive Parking Heathrow. Many thanks"

"Good service. The main problem is that the paperwork says park on 2nd floor row B and they actually want you to park on 4th floor row B. In this car park you actually have to pay to exit and then re-enter in order to achieve this. The guys on duty were aware of the problem but they can't change the paperwork!"

"Could not fault the service. Went from one terminal and returned to another. On arrival the handover was immediate and efficient. The car on our return took 10 minutes from our telephone call to the car arriving to meet us. Perfect and would highly recommend."
