"It's not made clear that you have to aks for a driver from drivefly instead of simply park. Which slowed the process down as I had to clearify the situation. Otherwise fine. "

"Wasn't clear that it was level 4 on arrival but then I found it! Luckily I had allowed some extra time. Polite staff. Always takes a bit longe than they say to get it back so I would ring sooner!"

"I used this service for the duration of our holiday. Drop off was simple in LHR Terminal 2 as there is a manned desk. Pick up on return was equally simple as the car was waiting for us all ready to go by the time we had retrieved our baggage, called the despatcher and made our way to the meet and greet parking area. So simple, so economical and all handled by cheerful, friendly staff! I cannot recommend more highly"

"The information about arrival/return should have made clear to contact the man inside the parking area by the lifts. We waited outside by the car for a long time (where other drivers were arriving) until finally realising this. Otherwise, all was very good and efficient. "

"It is so easy to book parking and the team at Executive Parking / Drivefly are consistently welcoming and efficient. As a regular user for business and holidays I cannot recommend this service more highly. It is far and away the best value of all the meet and greet services at Heathrow and much cheaper than long term parking with the convenience of being based right inside the Terminal building. "
