"First time using and I utterly brilliant... I managed to leave my purse on the seat of the car, only realising once I was through airport security so there was no going back. contacted the team who found it in the car and placed it somewhere safe, liaising with me by test. Certainly way beyond the call of duty, which was exceptional before I had my 'blonde moment'. Won't go elsewhere as the service can't be topped... btw I saw the way the drivers carefully move the cars around and there certainly isn't a 'boy racer' attitude!"

"the company that came was Drive and Fly had all our details certainly not Executive when my car came back it had muddy bits on the roof up the offside of car plus grass and a lot of grass on nearside rear wheel mud splatters up rear of car plus more fuel used than I would have expected the car looked like it had been rallying mentioned the dirtiness of the car to the female driver who just said sorry and walked away I was not impressed to say the least."

"Historically the service had been good but this time it was awful. Took over 45 minutes to get our car on our return to the UK. I asked 3 times where it was and got a different reason each time. No apology until the very end when we were told the car was boxed in. Why do we give arrival time then? "
