"Not particularly friendly on the phone when advising of arrival- waited longer than we were told on the phone. On collection, we phoned as instructed as soon as we had collected our luggage and went thru customs, and were told 15-20 minutes. The operator told us different instructions to those on the printed version we had printed out when we made the booking. It actually took 30-35 minutes for someone to arrive. Again, not particularly friendly."

"The arrival is muddled. Actual procedure is to park up as directed and then see attendant on the landing of level 3 by the lifts....this was not explained and caused some traffic confusion on the day. A simple restatement of directions would sort this out...and the reverse for collections of course."

"First time I used nearly everything in the car that could be adjusted was changed: radio, steering wheel, chair, mirrors etc etc etc etc. Really irritating! Second time I used I asked that just the chair and mirrors were moved. I was told this would be the case. When I got my car, again everything had been changed? Has the driver got nothing else to do but fiddle around with every possible setting in the car? Really really annoying and as consequence I will not be using the service again."
