"I had no problems at all leaving the car with friendly and helpful staff who made the process quick and efficient. On my return the car was waiting quickly when we returned. Unfortunately it was returned with damage along the rear wheel arch, scratches through the paint and large scuff marks. This appeared to be covered with dirt, but was the only dirty area on the car so I can either assume my car was driven into a pile of dirt to cause this or it was deliberately covered up. Due to the dirt on the surface I only noticed when I returned home and washed it. As I know I left it in good condition (it is a new car to me) and didn't hit anything driving home I conclude it was damaged by this company and was then tried to cover up. I obviously called the company and was informed as I could not prove the scratches were not there when I left the car they take no responsibility!!!!! I am appalled and will not be using again. "
