Apart from this the staff were all very helpful and the pick up was very efficient and painless, especially as our flight was delayed. "

"I think you should review your printed details about the parking. The details I was given when I phoned to say I landed were different to those printed. The telephone details were correct but the printed ones did not say go to level 2. Details could be more specific eg once arriving at level 2 turn left and walk to the left hand corner of the car park to meet driver and car. Over all it was great - collection of my car was a little late - but it didn't matter to me - gave me time to find the correct place to hand over the car."
