"Easy drop off and the staff were friendly. Only thing is that it’s bit of a treck to and from heathrow term 3 to pick up the car, a few others were confused as to where to go as well."

"Receiving of vehicle was excellent. However I was disappointed to have to wait over 25 minutes to have the car returned to us, which is unusual for this company as previously the car was often waiting for us. Hopefully they will be back up to standard next time."

"I had a problem when I left, self inflicted but the team were very helpful, the gentleman on duty was fantastic ( sorry I don’t know his name ) and when I got back Jaz was absolutely fantastic and made a very stressful situation go away and again I stress it was totally my fault ! To be fair, I always tend to go with the cheapest Meet & Greet price for my particular dates on simplyparkandfly.com and it's never failed me yet. simplyparkandfly.com is a terrific website, a no-brainer for anyone considering parking their car whilst on holiday."

"We have used several meet and greet services and this has been one of the best experiences yet. Not only was the arrival procedure simple, when we returned our car was there waiting for us - we have returned to other airports and had to wait in excess of 20 minutes for our car. "

"Check-in a bit lengthy (Heathrow T2) - had to wait for the driver to pick up. Check-out perfect (Heathrow T5) Car came with driver's trash (left over of a meal) and all UK coins (change) were taken"

"Very efficient service. Staff were there when we arrived, late due to heavy traffic, so we were relieved there was no delay as we had to check in promptly. Our car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the car park so we were very happy with the experience. Would recommend."
