"I can back to my car remote control key fob battery almost out of power and not working properly and warning messages on my dashboard, yet there was no issue at all with it before I went away. My mobile phone charger holder had also been tempered with and was also unplugged."

"Disappointed to wait 20 minutes for car after calling them once collected baggage. May need to rethink the policy to only call once collected baggage now that getting through airport security and collecting baggage is now much more efficient. If I called once landed the 20 minutes wouldn’t have mattered as it would have been filled with passport, bags, loo etc. "

"Arrival was pretty good. Exit was pretty disappointing. The guy at the counter just passed us our key and told us our car was somewhere in the front without showing us where to look. Overall it’s not too bad."
