"We were delayed coming back from the US by 1 day. I emailed the company (DriveFly) from the hotel the day before coming back, and in advance therefore of the original collection time, yet when I got to Heathrow, it was clear that no one had read the email or taken action to account for the late arrival and collection of my vehicle. A bit disappointing."
