"Fab emailing and phone contact. Very clear instructions regarding where to park on arrival and what to do. On our return we didn't realise that we were meant to phone from the baggage carousel so when we called from the car park we had to wait a good half hour. That could have been clearer. Since you had our flight number and arrival time it would have been wonderful to have had our car waiting for us in the car park. However we didn't mind too much. It was a good service and great value for money. It made the whole airport experience with two small children much easier for us and far less stressful. Thank you. "
