"The directions on entry into Heathrow T5 is completely unmarked. It's only a general sign- nothing for the company I was looking for. I went around to BA first, then out of the terminal and back in again! The exit process was a shambles- had to wait 30 minutes. They said it was the busiest weekend of the year, but that's predictable isn't it? There was a problem at T4, but why drivers to T5 should be affected I have no idea. Just seems like poor management."
