"Collection was excellent, especially as I found myself on level 3 and could not find a way up to level 4, so they collected the car from where it was. On return, there always seems to be a 15 or 20 minute wait. Once upon a time they would deliver the car to the collection point once they knew that the flight had landed, hence no waiting for it once baggage had been collected. That is a much better service. After a longish flight and a wait for bags, one is not in a good mood for another 15-20 minute wait. "
