"Booking process was simple and reasonably good value. Car drop off was well organised and hassle free in T4 short stay car park with friendly staff. Collection was not as expected for a meet and greet service, as after following instructions to call number provided after collecting luggage had over a 30 minute wait in short stay car park for car to be returned. "
