"Good value for money and easy booking system. Drop off and collection slightly confusing however, with staff on the phone giving different (and incorrect) instructions both times. This involved unnecessary waits at both ends of the process. Fortunately staff on site were much more helpful and resolved our problems quickly when asked. "
