"In terms of convenience and value for money an excellent service. This was the first time we had used T5 at Heathrow. We can’t fault the instructions to find the booking in point but getting to the airport in time is such a rushed process if you don’t find the correct entry points and car park floors you have to go out of the car park and back in again. There is no time to think or discuss ! Very impressed with the return of vehicle process, the drop off was much busier and a bit fraught because of the lack of space to park, and the number of cars being dropped off and booked in at the same time. Overall though, would definitely use again"
