"Asking for a phone call 20mins before arrival is fine but if you have a menu attempt requiring button presses that makes it illegal when driving. Very surly response when I did phone on arrival. I spoke to a representative at the car park as soon as I arrived who told me it wasn't him. After phoning it turned out for s was him but I then had to pay his exit ticket. I was very disappointed with all this. Then on my return I had a 30 mins wait for my car. I would not recommend ace parking and won't be using them again myself!"
