"Well the reception chap on the rostrum, did not even look up at me when I asked if I was at the right desk, it was another reception person who told me that I was in the right place, you rep was very ignorant, on the return the person was very helpful, so different to the first chap, surely if he didnt want to be there then he should look for another job."

"Due to a mistake I made when unloading my luggage l had to call back Ace Meet and Greet because I'd left a vital piece of equipment in the boot of my vehicle. Although Ace were busy that day they put themselves out on my behalf and drove back to terminal 5 at Heathrow with my missing baggage. I was three minutes away from missing my flight to Rome. Their response to my emergency was commendable."
