"The only problem that we had was that the email, and printed receipt that we received directed use to level 4, whereas the actual pickup/drop off was level 1. When we phoned I think we may have been directed to level 1, but there was so much noise in the car when driving and in the arrivals hall that we didn't hear clearly, and followed the directions on the card."
