"The arrival process was smooth and all went well.Collecting the car back was a different matter .We made contact after going clear through customs and was advised it would be about 15 minutes before the car would be returned.After half an hour we wondered what was happening but was not overly concerned,In the end it was approx 40 minutes before car arrived.We were not happy at that time "

"Very good value for money and very good customer service. Just be aware that you may have to try several times to get through at times as the phone line is very busy. Really smooth process on departure, on arrival it was a little slower as it was peak time. However the driver did call to let us know when he was a few minutes away so we knew he was coming. Would definitely use again."
