"Staff were waiting for us when we arrived. Had to wait about 20 mins for the car to be returned but it was rush hour and the traffic was awful! Very friendly staff would definitely use next time. "

"Arrival staff friendly but return staff were late, didn't answer 3 calls and were then rude to my wife on the phone. I thought we had been conned, no staff at the contact point and we couldn't get in touch. Turned up finally but 40minutes late Not impressed"
