"When phoning from 20 mins away operator couldn't find my booking & I was asked if I'd booked the day before. Met your parking guy in Orange car park and after much looking at my confirmation he said mix up was due to me booking with a 'third party' ? Although it was all sorted in the end it was added stress I didn't need as you will appreciate. Your operators were polite and helpful as always. "
