Reviews - Sure Parking - Gatwick Airport

"When we arrived back at Gatwick we followed the instructions on the leaflet given to us when we dropped the car off but no one answered the phone, the leaflet said carpark 5 and it should red carpark 6, the gentleman with the sure park Hi-vis on in carpark 6 could not speak English and was no help at all, I ended up having to change the battery in my phone and then I call the number again and some one answered it and when I said I had tried calling he said he had no missed calls, Your customer service needs some improvement and staff that can talk English and help when asked questions not just shrug there shoulders and walking away. Not the best "
