Sure Parking aims to provide a convenient service by collecting the vehicle at the terminal as you depart and returning it upon arrival.
The vehicle is parked safely and securely in our secure car park, which is manned 24/7 and patrolled by mobile security. Meet and greet parking or valet parking - is perfect for all travelers. Whether you are a golfer or skier battling with heavy luggage, a business traveler rushing to get to check-in, or a young family with small children, our service saves you the time and hassle of searching for a parking space at a busy Gatwick airport.
Greeting Area:
South Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside the Short stay Orange Car Park 3 Level 1.
North Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside Short Stay Car Park 5.
Fee:
All Airport Access fee is inclusive .
Transfers:
N/A (Short covered walk to and from the terminal)
Insurance:
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
Height Restrictions:
The height of the vehicle must be less than 1.8m in order to enter into the Short Stay Car park.
There is a Lay-By outside the main entrance of the short stay car park building for all those vehicles with the height more than 1.8m.
Please mention to the driver when you call him before arriving at the airport, you need to drive to the Lay-By area and driver will take the vehicle from there.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Simply Park prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

We Simply Park & Fly Ltd do not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see above) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day.
If you book Non-Flex product, then ther will be no cancellation or refund once booked.
The telephone number of Sure Parking Gatwick will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

Please call the driver twenty minutes before you arrive at the terminal. Sure Parking staff will easily be recognized with branded Orange Jackets.
NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

"On arrival I called the mobile number 25 minutes before hand, the reception their end was awful, I couldn't understand what they were saying and they kept putting the phone down on me! I chcked my signal and had a full signal on my phone. I used my partners mobile too and the same with his phone. In the end after 6 attempts to call them they finally had a better reception and confirmed my booking. I used the paperwork for instructions as the phone call was so bad! The instructions were to go to level 3 in plain black and white. We got there waited 20 minutes and no one about! I then had to call them again and was advised to go to level 4 - This was NOT indicated at all on the paperwork emailed to me which I had printed out! After going to level 4 they were there with other customers. Finally we were able to park our car. Wasn't the best start!! Actually very very stressful!! On return, we did as instructed, called them, no problem, they were there with our car. Handed over my key and was then told we had to pay £7.50 parking fee!! I was shocked by this and asked what for? After all I had already paid! He then told me it was because we didn't call 20 minutes before hand on arrival, I then showed him my phone log history and proved I had called 25 minutes before hand. We then had to wait 10 minutes to get the ticket cleared and paid! Why charge twice? Why do the customers have to pay for the car parking charge!! It made the start and end with unnecessary stress! Also I wasn't impressed with how our car was left in such a muddy condition inside! The drivers side was full of mud marks and scuffs on the door entry, footwell and side of door! Surely the car should be bought back in the same condition as left! I'm not impressed with the total service and would not recommend your services! "

"Staff very unhelpful. Can barely understand the operator due to excessive background noise. Had to wait a while when we dropped the car off and when we collected it. Asked for help and was advised someone else would help soon. Wouldn’t use again."
