"Great service, easy drop off right outside departures. On return we rang the phone number given at baggage claim, as advised, and our car was just pulling into the car park as we arrived, a short distance from arrivals. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, car well looked after. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend. "

"This was the first time we used Sure Parking Meet and Greet service. The process was straightforward. The agent was there on our arrival as expected. We didn't encounter any problems after collecting our cases and calling Sure Parking when we arrived back in the UK. The wait was around 7-10 mins before they delivered the car without any issues. I do have an app for my vehicle that tracks my journey history which shows that once my vehicle was taken it was parked 3.7 miles away from the Gatwick North terminal so expect to have around 15 miles added to your clock for the round trip. I would use them again providing their prices stay competitive"
