"Good value for money. The arrival process was very smooth and swift, good customer service. We used Gatwick airport - our departure was from South Terminal, but arrival was from North Terminal. We thought we'd have to change terminals, but luckily they were able to return our car to the different terminal. We were advised to wait 15 minutes after making the call, the car didn't arrive until 35 minutes later due to closures on the road. Not terrible, but I had to call to chase on the eta. Overall, happy with the service."

"All worked really well and we found a drop-off agent within a few minutes of arriving at the short stay car park. Key was collected, mileage and car condition checked promptly. The drop-off (and same collection) point is directly opposite the terminal entrance so less than a minute walk. Called the mobile number after collecting bags on return and our car was returned to us less than 10 minutes later. Would use this service again. "

"I have given 5 Star review to all aspects of the service. The only bit I am unhappy with is the answer I received from your rep to my question "Where do you take the car and park". The answer was at a carpark about 3 miles from the airport. The car odometer had recorded a distance of 13 miles from the time the car was handed over to the time it was returned. So obviously the distance to the place it was parked is not 3 miles away. Do you not think a more accurate answer would have been better."

"Drop off and pick up were efficient. But - my return flight was delayed, when I rang to say I was delayed I’m sure he didn’t alert me to the £15 extra payment which I hadn’t noticed. When I rang to collect my car the same man on the phone was Aggressive Rude Challenging When I said I didn’t know about the £15 he accused me of a calling him a liar. He spoke very fast (and accented), was hard to understand. I then had a problem because I only had Apple Pay. The info mentions payment but not that it had to be card or cash. I only had apple pay, but managed to borrow cash from friends. This was at 1am after a lengthy flight delay. He was very challenging and unhelpful and I was upset. "
