"Excellent service. The staff member who met us on arrival at 2.45 am was the happiest person I have ever seen at that time of day. He explained the return process to ensure we were ok with what to do. Collection was equally simple and again a very pleasant member of staff dealt with us. "Great service as usual. On our return we thought we had discovered some new damage. Alas, staff were able to recover photos taken of the car on arrival showing said damage whereupon my partner suddenly remembered an incident a few days previously! "

"Good value for money. The arrival process was very smooth and swift, good customer service. We used Gatwick airport - our departure was from South Terminal, but arrival was from North Terminal. We thought we'd have to change terminals, but luckily they were able to return our car to the different terminal. We were advised to wait 15 minutes after making the call, the car didn't arrive until 35 minutes later due to closures on the road. Not terrible, but I had to call to chase on the eta. Overall, happy with the service."
