"Very easy and quick although sat nav code would have taken us passed south teminal."

"Arrival went very smoothly. Unfortunately exit arrangements were hampered by your driver being given the incorrect terminal; we arrived in South, as our paperwork confirmed, but your driver had paperwork advising him to go to North. This resulted in a number of unsatisfactory phone calls to your office and our delay in getting off on our homeward journey. The driver eventually rang us direct and we were able to clear the confusion, although he then had to drive over to South terminal causing further delay."

"I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to be collected on flying out despite calling as directed. However, the staff were very friendly and professional. The lady that returned my car did so in a very expedient time and was just first class, very professional (01-40am). The car was returned in same condition. For price and convenience well recommend this service. "

"I'd received directions to drive to the 5th floor of the car park at Gatwick but no operative was around when I arrived. A quick phone call told me that he was close-by and a swift handover ensued. The return handover went well with the customer services assistant asking me to go to the first floor of the car park and my car was delivered within five minutes. I will consider Simply Park in the future. "
