"I Didn't call initially (I forgot to read the small print..) but arrived exactly on time. Staff weren't therefore expecting me and ignored me when i tried to talk to them. Tried ringing phone but no answer for first three calls. Once I got through things worked much more smoothly. I grabbed one of the team and they helpfully and quickly sorted me out. the return was fine albeit it took a few minutes to deliver the car after I had arrived at the terminal. in sum, OK but mobile number didn't work several times and team need to be more proactive in the ground. A bot more process and structure needed. Oh and the car park signing for which floor could be better."

"Had to wait 40 minutes to get our car back after calling them at the baggage reclaim as we were told to. We were told 20 minutes!"

"Had to wait nearly 40 mins for car to arrive back. No apology from driver. When I said to her we had been waiting far too long she wasn't at all apologetic and said we should expect to wait 15-20 mins. 15-20 mins isn't 40 mins!! Have used valet parking 3 times a year for 10 years and never experienced a 15-20 min wait let alone 40"

"As the rating I've given suggests I think it's a great idea, makes airport travel easier and much more relaxing. It's also cheaper than using the conventional car parks. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful while also being very professional. I'd certainly do this again."

We were badly delayed getting to Gatwick due to M3 roadworks and closures, which by the way are terribly signed for Gatwick and Heathrow and one of the main diversion roads, A331 was also closed. Phoned ahead and told you of the issue and essential that someone was waiting for us at arrivals else we'd miss flight. You were there and we just manged to get our flight to Greece. Thank you!!"
