"The only problem we encountered was on arrival, we called several times but the phone was constantly engaged, so as instructed on the paperwork we went to the top floor of the car park, unpacked our luggage, we called again this time getting through, we where instructed to go down to level 1 ... I refused to re-pack the car, after a lengthy discussion the "manager" stated he would send the driver up but I would have to pay the parking charge, you can imagine my comment ! The driver arrived within 2 minutes, obviously he was on level 1 , no other difficulties after this and no parking charged paid, BUT I will be looking for an alternative supplier next time, just to test the market, the attitude of the "manager" was not the best way to start our holiday."

"I called to say I was 20 minutes away and never heard any mention of level 1 carpark. Maybe it was a bad connection ? However I looked at the instructions on the receipt email and followed them to the top floor as stated in car park 6. It took along time to reach the top floor only to see no one there I called a number of times and the phone line was busy. I eventually was told it is level one. This process took all in all 15 -20 extra minutes of my time. Time which I didn't calculate for. I think a company should have the correct details on their website for their customers not the wrong indignation regardless of whether it is mentioned in a phone conversation. How hard is it Just correct and update the website"
