"I have used Sure parking several times this year, this time however I feel let down. My drop off was great, very speedy and went smoothly, however I waited 20 minutes to collect the car after I phoned through having collected my luggage. The car was dropped off and I could immediately see how dirty my car was. I had just spent £45 on a valet service and now the car was covered in dirt! This appeared to be dirt from a field of some kind as it was like sand. I raised this concern with the drop off team member, and was casually told the UK had bad weather, and almost quizzed as to why I didn't know this, how would I? I had just been abroad for only 2 days! I would not use this company again, clearly the vehicles are not stored under any shelter or securely, Poor show, will not be using them again! "

"Used before and always been satisfied - but on this occasion we waited quite a while for the car and when it arrived the guy said it was because the battery was flat. It is a new car and the battery was flat because the driver had left the lights on when he took the car. We then had the problem of getting home without turning the engine off - when the car automatically turns off and on when idling and chasing the dealer on the Monday for the access codes for the radio and SAT NAV. (Good job we did not need the SAT NAV to get home). "
