"Drop off was excellent. As was all admin. Pick up less so. Waiting 25 mins in a cold car park on your own is not great. Need more staff to deliver cars back more quicky pls - otherwise no benefit of meet & greet as it was no quicker than a bus to off site parking. "

"Drop off was great , but pick up not neatly so good. Over 40 minutes from phone call in arrivals on collecting baggage. Tried phoning to chase but no reply. Car eventually came and driver polite. Luckily not too cold but it was after midnight so I guess limited staff. Would still use again as I have been a customer for the past 6 years and this was my first delay meant "
