"Phone system works well. Answered promptly and clear instructions. Car was driven rather quickly and carelessly pakred which was concerning so I did check for any damage before I signed the form. Staff were efficient but could be friendlier. The carpark arrows take you to a dead end and you have to drive the wrong way to get out- opposite ways to the arrows. Loved the fact it is so near the terminal- made it so easy to go to departures and collect on our homeword journey."
