"Great to leave car in the car park at arrival followed the process and took 20 mins for my car to be retuned could have used long stay in same time frame. The staff could not care if the car arrived or not the guy who delivered it did not even acknowledge us. Very poor service. Should be great based on location "

"Unfortunately I got the arrival date wrong and it was one day later than I had booked. It wasn’t a problem as we obviously were happy to pay fir the extra day, however unless I missed it, it might be worth mentioning in your instructions that at night you only take cash, so my husband had to go back to the terminal to find a cash machine. After a delayed flight and being 4.30 in the morning was a bit of a pain, especially as he said he would accept Euros, which we didn’t have"

"The drop off was very easy and thorough. They were waiting to take the car on arrival on the ground floor of car park 5 at the Gatwick North terminal at 6pm There was a quick exchange of paperwork, they paid the parking exit fee and it was done in 6 minutes. On returning the flight was delayed by 2 hours from Geneva. We called on landing and had no baggage and the car was waiting for us at the pick up point. They paid the ticket and we left very quckly with no issues at all. I would use them again having had some chaotic experiences with otjer meet and greet operators in the past"

"I am puzzled by why parking at Gatwick is so much more expensive that at Heathrow, no matter which provider you use. No problems with Sure Parking at all. Person on the phone rather grumpy but people collecting and returning the car very friendly, even at 12:30 am. No wait either side, would book Sure Parking again."
