Simply Smart Parking aims to provide a convenient service by collecting the vehicle at the terminal as you depart and returning it upon arrival.
The vehicle is parked safely and securely in our secure car park, which is 5-6miles aways from the Airport, 24/7 and patrolled by mobile security.
Meet and greet parking or valet parking - is perfect for all travelers. Whether you are a golfer or skier battling with heavy luggage, a business traveler rushing to get to check-in, or a young family with small children, our service saves you the time and hassle of searching for a parking space at a busy Gatwick airport.
Greeting Area:
South Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside the Short stay Orange Car Park 3 Level 1
North Terminal : You will meet with one of our contracted uniformed drivers inside Short Stay Car Park 5.
Fee:
All customers will be required to pay an access fee of £7.00 with an initial booking cost (while making the booking). This is so our representative can pay the Gatwick Airport charge of £3.50 on your arrival and return day. This is as a direct result of changes here at Gatwick Airport and is a cost we cannot cover for our customers. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Transfers:
N/A (Short covered walk to and from the terminal)
Height Restrictions:
The height of the vehicle must be less than 1.8m in order to enter into the Short Stay Car park.
There is a Lay-By outside the main entrance of the short stay car park building for all those vehicles with the height more than 1.8m.
Please mention to the driver when you call him before arriving at the airport, you need to drive to the Lay-By area and driver will take the vehicle from there.
Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Simply Park prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Insurance:
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see above) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day.
Simply Smart Parking is a brand name and service will be provided by LG Parking Ltd.
The telephone number of Simply Smart Parking will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.
There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER
Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound, which is 5-6miles aways from the Airport. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

"Although we called 20 minutes before arriving at the airport there was no one to collect the car and we had to wait another ten minutes for someone to arrive . The return journey was similar in that we followed the instructions to go to the top level of the orange car park, but the driver called us to say he was on level four , so we had to wait for him to come to the top level The car came back in its original condition and staff were polite , however the slow service clouds this slightly "
