"We always use simply park and fly and have always had very good service, however this time when we called from our usual point on the motorway we still had to wait around 15-20 minutes before anyone arrived, this was then repeated upon our return for a little longer, it seems that the busier they have become the longer you have to wait? We actually feel a little let down this time? "
