"Having read some reviews on this company I was nervous about their being scratches on the car when being picked up but they took all the steps required to reassure me by videoing around the car at pick up and allowing us to do the same. The car was returned pristine and with very good service at a great price. Will use again!"

"Slow when collecting car as got distracted with a phone call that went on for quite a while. On collection, phoned as soon as we had bags and had to wait over 20 minutes."

Few admin problems on the phone with the customer service advisor before hand where we had changed the time of arrival - but nothing was a problem on the day despite the man on phone not knowing we had changed the times - all ran extremely smoothly and the staff were very friendly and professional and we waited no longer than 5 minutes. Would definately use again and recommend. Loyalty discount perhaps? we have used you alot!"

"This is the second time I've used this company. Yet again, the arrival always seems to be the problem. We were late due to traffic (I advised them via telephone) then waited over 15 minutes for the car to be collected, watching other customers who arrived after me, have their car collected?? Thankfully due to the early hours we arrived into Gatwick, the return was easy and smooth running as the car was there when we arrived at the designated car park. "

"Arrival was easy and efficient with friendly staff. Departure involved a small delay, not anyone's fault, phone signal was not available until we had left the airport terminal so we were in the car park as we rang to arrange delivery of our car. The flight had landed slightly early so we waited for 20 minutes for the car to be delivered. I would recommend the service to anyone as overall it was incredibly efficient."
