"We were very impressed with service up until this afternoon, when unfortunately we saw our car has been damaged on left side bumper by wheel arch. The car was not damaged when we gave it to your company and as we picked car up in early hours of this morning, it was dark and we did not see the damage. We drove straight home on collection of car and parked on our drive, so this cannot have been done any other time. Our car registration is Yc69zdy and our reference number us lgp079994. "Drop off efficient. Pick up very easy. We had our flight diverted from Gatwick to Luton and were not able to pick our car up at the arranged time of 17.00. We eventually got back to Gatwick at 22.30 to pick our car up but this was absolutely no problem. Your staff member was very polite and friendly saying it was not a problem picking our car up late, they were more worried about the inconvenience we had experienced.
