"The arrival process at Gatwick was good, the pick up procedure was good too the car was there waiting. My only concern was that who ever drove the car played about with the radio, and the driver side mats were muddy, and the heater control were left turn up to a high heat, if drivers use the heatig and radio could they return the settings as they found them. "

"Sent to wrong floor.Man who eventually met us had no jacket on ,3 cars where being left at same time and customers not happy because no paper work ,so i sent him off to get paperwork and 15 mins later was handed a piece of card with my pick up time on it , Felt very worried about leaving my car but had a plane to catch , Was better on return ."
