My only complaint would be about locating the correct garage but this is due to Gatwick's confusing/lack of signage, and not about Simply Smart. Phone line was a bit busy when we called to say we had landed and collected our luggage but got through after a few tries. Drop off and collection point nice and close to the airport terminal. Good value parking."
