"When I first called for you to collect my car the man on the phone was so rude and patronising. It quite put me off. Everyone else was friendly and helpful, particularly the man who I picked my car back up from."

"Please accept my apologies, I was sure I had logged in and completed this after my trip. I just wanted to say thank you especially to the Attendant who managed my drop off. I had forgotten my wallet in the car, and realised over 20 mins later, just before I went through the check in. I called in a panic and the Attendant very graciously and helpfully agreed to come back to hand it over to me. Needless to say if he hadn't I would have been stuck on my trip. I can't remember his name, but definitely can't forget his kind gesture and would be grateful if you would identify him and pass on my thanks. Very many thanks."
