"The parking fees for Gatwick airport are extremely high and on browsing we found Simply Smart Parking. With a little reservation on the thought that "you get what you pay for" we booked. The fee was extremely reasonable, we had complete directions as to where to arrive at Gatwick, the driver was at the airport to greet us and they were there when we returned. Very friendly people and if we ever need parking again without question we will book with them. Julie Petruzzella"

"Good system, worked well, arrival to airport went smooth with a guy waiting there for me and pick up on return to Gatwick was smooth with car returnsd to me after a short wait of about ten mins. Overall good service and cheaper than on airport parking and no shuttle needed"

"Drop off and pick up went smoothly. Had to wait 10 minutes for the car to arrive but in the grand scheme of things no biggy as had to wait one hour for our luggage."

"On arrival at the arranged time at Gatwick there were no staff or direction signage present. In fact the area was closed off until we moved traffic cones out of the way. On return, again no staff present and there was a wait of over twenty minutes. However, the actual handover process was very good with friendly and efficient once they had arrived. Also, the pickup location was excellent. I would be happy to use Simply Smart again if I receive confirmation that this feedback is appreciated and the issues raised are addressed. Thanks. "Incredibly easy, arguably better than meet and greet as you just drive right up to the terminal parking across the road, and park straight away, hand over keys and go, no waiting for the driver to meet up and potentially incurring a fine for waiting or having to drive back around."
